Summer Corn and Tomato Salad

3- ears of corn1- tomato1- avocado1 tbl cilantro1 cup diced tofu1-limesea saltOlde Virden's Red Hot Sprinkle

 

Cook corn in boiling water for 15 minutes. Cool corn and cut off of cob. Place in bowl. Add one diced tomato, one dice avocado, one tablespoon of chopped cilantro, and one cup of diced tofu.  Add the juice of one lime.  Add sea salt and Olde Virden's to taste. Stir to mix.
